The following words shall, for the purpose of these Terms, whether in plural or in singular, have the meaning set forth below when used with capital letters.
“Account” means the account of an Registered User at the Website.
“Ancillary Services” means any other services offered through the Website other than the Service.
“Buyer” Any User that uses the Website (including the Services) to Match with a Seller in order to buy goods or services.

6.2 If you register as a Registered User you agree to submit the following information to the Provider:

(iii) valid e-mail address,
(iv) industries, markets, country, and
(v) whether you are seeking to Match as a Seller and/or Buyer.
6.3 As a Registered User you agree to that the Provider uses the information provided by you for marketing issues and in order to provide you with information about the Website including information on new products/services that are offered by the Provider (on the Website or otherwise).
7 UPLOADING OF A PROFILE AND/OR VIDEO PRESENTATION
7.1 In order for other Users to find your business and thus enable a Match you must upload a Profile, and you may also choose to upload a video presentation to the Website describing your business.
7.2 By uploading a Profile and, if applicable, a video presentation you consent that the Provider to make your Profile or video presentation (or part thereof) available/viewable at other websites (such as www.facebook.com) in order to promote the Website.
7.3 If the Provider receives complaints or otherwise finds a Profile and/or a video presentation to be in breach of the values of the Website the Provider may terminate the Account, block such User, or remove any Profile or video presentation in accordance with Clause 11.2.
8 PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 The Provider shall provide the Service and the access to and use of the Website to the Users in accordance with these Terms [and the Documentation].
8.2 Save for necessary maintenance (whether scheduled or not) the Website is accessible 24 hours a day seven days a week; in the event that the Website is inaccessible the Provider will use its reasonable best endeavors to recover as soon as possible. However, the Provider accepts no liability if the Website should remain inaccessible.
8.3 The Provider will inform the User of any changes that the Provider deems to be material to these Terms and/or the Documentation.
8.4 Any User Information submitted will be kept confidential and used solely as set out in these Terms.
9 USER RESPONSIBILITIES
9.1 In addition to what is set out elsewhere in these Terms any User (whether registered or not) shall:
(i) report any security breaches in relation to the Website, and
(ii) see to that no information is uploaded to the Website in breach of any intellectual property right or any legislation.
10 PERSONAL DATA
10.1 Any Personal Data will be handled in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (Sw: personuppgiftslagen (1998:204)) as amended from time to time.
10.2 The controller of Personal Data is the Provider.
10.3 The object of the gathering of Personal Data is to manage the Accounts for the Registered Users and to inform about new products and/or services offered by the Provider (whether through the Website or otherwise). No Personal Data will be sold to any third party, however Personal Data may be given to the companies that help us provide the Service. For example, we may use external vendors to help host and maintain the Website, serve videos, advertisements and process payments.
10.4 The Provider will provide, to every natural person who requests it, free of charge notification once per annum of whether personal data concerning the applicant is processed or not. And if so, what information that is being processed.
10.5 The Provider will at the request of the registered person immediately rectify, block or erase such Personal Data that has not been processed in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act.
11 TERM AND TERMINATION
11.1 The User may terminate its Account by giving the Provider 1 month notice.
11.2 The Provider may terminate any Account, remove any Profile and/or block any User with immediate effect if (in the sole discretion of the Provider):
(i) the User is in breach of these Terms,
(ii) the Profile is fake or used for illegitimate purposes, or the User Information provided is false,
(iii) the content of Profile is not in line with the values of the Website or contain offending or improper material, and
(iv) the Provider has received complaints from other User about the behavior of the User.
12 FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
12.1 No sums under this Agreement shall be refundable if the Service (or part thereof) is provided but not used by the User or if any User is suspended or blocked in accordance with Clause 11.2.
13 OWNERSHIP/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY-RIGHTS
13.1 Any and all present and future copyright and other intellectual property right related to the Website shall remain the property of the Provider. The foregoing means (without limitation) that all codes related to the Website and the structure of the Website are the property of the Supplier and the entering into of this Agreement gives no right for User to use or otherwise dispose of such code.
14.1 If a breach by a User of its obligations under these Terms leads to damage for the Provider the User shall indemnify the Provider for such damage.
14.2 In no event will the Provider be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential arising out of the use or inability of the Website, the Service, or any Ancillary Services.
